A product of Hotel Kanappa Group, Thin Tony’s is a family-owned and managed business that is deeply rooted in the founding principles of its parent company – to maintain and delivery quality service with dedication and commitment to true taste.

Nithin had a passionate vision to make Namma Bengaluru experience the authentic taste of Italian cuisine. He travelled the globe to work with extraordinary chefs worldwide just to bring you the perfect blend of flavours and the exciting experience of something new.

Thin Tony’s is the newest project from Kannappa Group, which is already a leading restaurant providing the highest quality Chettinad cuisine. Following in the legacy of one of the best restaurant chains, Nithin wishes to honour the founding principles of his family owned and managed business and adhere to the highest bar set for quality and standard.

To make sure we make no compromises in our food quality - we mill our flour inhouse to give it the light & crisp wood fired taste; our mozzarella is made fresh daily and is never frozen, giving it premium rich & creamy flavour; our sourdough is an inhouse speciality that takes over 24-48 hours to ferment and has a deep flavour & a crispy crust.
